Unified Finance Charge Policy

  • When choosing to pay your bill with a credit card, you will see a nominal surcharge in adherence to your local regulations*. No profit will be made by Antech. Customers can avoid credit card fees by switching to alternative methods of payment with zero fees, including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Automated Clearing House (ACH), debit card or check. Please see exemptions by states below. This is not applicable to customers in Canada. 
  • A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to balances that remain unpaid after the invoice due date, beginning on the customer’s next statement date, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. 

*Several states are EXEMPT from surcharges and will not be charged this fee: If your card is associated with CA, CT, ME, MA, NY or Puerto Rico you will not be charged. Exemptions to our billing policies may vary to reflect changes to applicable laws.

Antech E-Bill Express*

*Eligible for customers in the U.S. 

Beginning May 1, 2026, all U.S. customers will be able to enroll in Antech E-Bill Express using your new Billing Account Number.

The Antech E-Bill Express Portal is designed to make managing your billing faster, easier, and more secure. Through the Portal, you can:  

  • View and download invoices 

  • Receive automatic email notifications when new statements are ready   

  • Update payment information at any time  

  • Sign up for automatic payments to save time and avoid any service interruptions  

  • Multiple clinic locations? Connect your accounts (if applicable)  

  • Reduce paper waste and stay organized with digital access  

  • Pay your Antech invoices across In-House Diagnostics, Sound, Antech Imaging Services and Reference Laboratories, all in one place

Already enrolled? Existing Antech E-Bill Express users will benefit from an enhanced platform experience starting on May, 1, 2026 that unifies billing across In-House Diagnostics, Sound™, Antech Imaging Services, and Reference Laboratories. Your account will be automatically updated with your new Billing Account Number. You will receive an email confirmation when this change has occurred.

Starting  May 1, 2026, customers will begin receiving standardized invoices for all lines of business – In-House Diagnostics,  Sound,  Antech Imaging Services and Reference Laboratories – accompanied by a single, consolidated monthly statement. 

Yes. Your new Billing Account Number is your unified identifier for all your Antech billing needs. Starting May 1, 2026, this is the Account Number that will appear on each of your Antech invoices, as well as your itemized statement.

Your new Billing Account Number will be clearly listed on all future invoices and statements.

  • Please note that Heska E-Bill and Sound Billing will be retired as of May 1, 2026. 
  • To ensure uninterrupted service and continued ease of payment, customers currently using these platforms will need to enroll in Antech E-Bill Express starting on May 1, 2026. The recently enhanced portal allows you to conveniently manage all your Antech payments in one secure location. This platform is only available for U.S. customers.

Antech E-Bill Express is only available for U.S. customers.

Existing Reference Laboratory and Antech Imaging Services customers can enroll with their current Antech Account Number now. In doing so, your account will automatically update with your new Account Number on May 1, 2026. Please note that our updated platform experience will not go live until May 1, 2026.

Sound and In-House Diagnostics customers will not be able to enroll in Antech E-Bill Express until May 1, 2026.

If you notice unused credits that should be applied to your billing, please email us at billing.na@antechdx.com.

For verification, our system requires the billing zip code of the account. This may include the full 9-digit zip code (also known as ZIP+4) that appears on your invoice (e.g., 12345-6789) if that is how it is reflected on your invoice.

Invoices within Antech E-Bill Express will not display accession details and patient names. These details will appear on invoices that are emailed or mailed via USPS. Reference laboratory customers can also access these details through their invoices on both HealthTracks and Antech Online.

Your monthly invoices and statements may look different.

  • Consistent Invoice Template: While each line of business will continue to invoice at the same frequency as we do today, customers will experience a standardized, Antech-branded look and feel across each line of business. 

  • Integrated Monthly Statement: A single, consolidated monthly statement will provide customers with a clear summary of all open balances across every line of business.
