About Darin Dell, DVM, DACVD (Dermatology)

Darin Dell began working at the small mixed animal practice in his hometown when he was 14. His experiences, along with the guidance of Dr. David Lott, sparked his love of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Dell attended Iowa State University for undergraduate studies and completed his DVM from University of Illinois in 2001. While he knew he loved dermatology, he wanted to return to general practice.  

After six years working in general practice, Dr. Dell switched paths once again. For the next two years, he worked overnight ER at a small specialty hospital, did relief work at a small animal general practice, and collected data for a dermatology research project. Finally, Dr. Dell finished his residency with Animal Dermatology Group under the guidance of Dr. Lori Thompson and became a boarded Dermatologist in 2012. Dr. Dell currently practices in the Denver area at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital.
